SEEDS PACKAGE PLAN

Our Seeds program is great to hop into a hitting group or game that fits with your time. Seed packages never expire!

Classes can cover pitching, hitting, fielding, and strength/conditioning.

During this hour, we work on the most fun, difficult, and important part of baseball: Hitting.

Our Seeds Sandlot Games are ideal for the developing baseball player, offering positive instruction during games from our staff.

The SFBA staff has helped 43 local players (Seeds) from 14 different high schools reach their goals of playing in college and professionally. We look forward to adding more Seeds for years to come!
