The San Francisco Baseball Academy is a personal baseball instruction company that focuses on the development of young baseball/softball players. Our goal is simple:

The San Francisco Baseball Academy was started in 2011 by Michael Aicardi, a lifelong student and teacher of the game. Michael gained experience teaching baseball to young men and women through his six years of working at the Hall of Fame Baseball Academy as well as running camps/clinics throughout his playing career.

Not only do we help young people become better at baseball, our objective is to teach the correct technique so we can avoid injuries. The stress we place on our bodies while playing sports is tough enough, so we strive to teach fundamentally correct techniques to reach your highest potential in the safest way.

Lessons are available for young men and women from the ages of 3 to 103 whether it be individual, small group or team lessons. We are flexible to fit your specific needs.
