The SFBA’s main goal has always been to Bring Baseball Back to The City but what does that mean? We know that we are not alone in providing baseball to players in the city and beyond. We also know that San Francisco is and always has been a baseball town.

The Giants provide us with a professional standard for Bay Area baseball fans to follow.  Our goal of Bringing Baseball Back to The City is to reach that professional standard for amateur players to learn the game we all love. Competition is at an all time high in Bay Area baseball, our goal is to create the opportunity for players to be exposed to and compete against set competition.

Our staff is made up of Bay Area coaches that take great pride in their roots and cherish the opportunity to impact people on a daily basis. Whether it's a 1 on 1 lesson or a large group, we work hard to ensure personal growth for each player we teach on and off the field.

The Bridge

The historic Bridge Theater was built in 1939 in honor of the gorgeous Golden Gate Bridge. For 77 years, the single screen Art Deco theater was the movie house where families in the Richmond District came together to enjoy a show.

With the birth of multiplex theaters, The Bridge needed a new purpose to continue to be a community meeting place. Michael Aicardi and his family purchased the theater in 2014 to do just that, with baseball as the central theme. Our goal is to keep as much of the theater in tact, including keeping the marquee and chandeliers in operation.

Our facility is equipped with 4 hitting tunnels, 1 bullpen, 1 strength and conditioning station, and a beautiful lobby where guests can log onto our Wifi, drink a cold beverage and enjoy a ballgame.
